Flex OBD Bench ECU Master - Car, van, bike

All the OBD and Bench protocols for ECUs are grouped in this SW package.

OBD/Bench ECUs (cars, bikes, vans) MASTER
On activation of this SW package for FLEX, the user may work on all supported protocols for ECUs in cars, motorcycles, and vans in OBD and Bench mode. Thanks to the state-of-the-art FLEX HW, programming in Bench mode guarantees a complete reading and writing of the contents of the control unit with no need to open it.

Note:This is the Master Version of this software module

The Master Version includes 300 Green Coins per month to be used for Helpdesk Support.

What is the difference between a MASTER and SLAVE tool?

• MASTER
  The FLEX Master tool has no limitation of file formats. The Master user works with plaintext files and .bin formats that are both editable with any type of software. Furthermore, the Master has the possibility to use the file modification services offered by MAGICMOTORSPORT and has access to 300 free Green coins per month as well as full MMS Tech Support.
• SLAVE
  The FLEX SLAVE tool can only work with encrypted files. The user does not have the ability to access or edit them. Modifications required by the Slave user must be forwarded to their Master, who can encrypt and decrypt their files. The Slave tool must be linked to a Master one, which can either be chosen by the Slave user or recommended by MAGICMOTORSPORT based on the general geographical area of the Slave user. Once the Master is chosen, the Slave user will be exclusively linked to that Master for any operation requiring file modification. The Slave user benefits from basic MMS Tech Support.

Helpdesk runs on a coin payment system with two types of coins: GREEN and RED. RED coins are prepaid funds worth 1€ per coin, which can be bought through the Helpdesk account and converted to GREEN coins if necessary. GREEN coins are granted to users who possess an FLEX or X17 MASTER tool, with MAGICMOTORSPORT granting 300 GREEN coins a month for specified services. These coins cannot be converted into RED coins or accumulated over time, resetting automatically to 300 at the beginning of each month.

FAQ

Q:If I do not renew the annual subscription after the first year, will FLEX continue to work with all currently activated protocols and licenses, and I will only lose access to future updates and new protocols?
A: Yes, you can work with Flex even though your subscription is expired.

Q:If I do not renew the subscription for several years, will I only need to purchase one year of updates when I decide to renew again, or will I have to pay for all missed years?
A: You need to pay the upgrade fees for the missing years.
