VXDIAG for BMW Function Introduction

The new BMW software can perform programming and coding for all BMW E/F/G series cars. It is compatible with BMW ICOM A1/A2/A3, and ALLSCANNER VXDIAG A3 supports the latest BMW software, including fiber programming.

The BMW software includes an engineer version that supports quick and easy diagnostic programming and coding. The system is available in English and German languages.

The following functions can be activated based on the existing configuration model:

• Use the button in the cab to close the trunk (electric tailgate), to terminate the reverse operation at any time.
• Activate Bluetooth phone function, play music inside the phone every time you start the car.
• SUPPORT Audio and video playback via USB cable as well as iPod.
• Connect to the phone through Wi-Fi (requires mobile phones with installed software).
• Open voice recognition function (currently available in English digital telephone dialing).

Personalized Customization

Benz software includes two versions: PASSTHRU & PDU. Version PDU supports new car models 222, 213, 205 etc., while other models require the use of PASSTHRU version to diagnose. It does not support old models like 210, 203, and 220 with K-Line communication.

The 2014 Range Rover Executive Edition and new Range Rover Sports use a different communication protocol. Only ALLSCANNER VXDIAG A3 is verified to diagnose them; JLR Mangoose cable can’t cover any longer. VCM also can't cover them.
