How to Obtain Your Heavy Duty Truck Software License
- After placing your order and completing checkout on our website, provide your device serial number.
- We will activate a one-year update authorization for your device.
- A Launch technician will enable the update service remotely—no shipment needed.
- You’ll receive your Subscription Renewal Card (including Card Number and Password) via email.
How to Activate the Launch X431 Heavy Duty Renewal Card
- Tap the application icon on your device’s home screen to launch the software.
- Tap “Login” in the upper-right corner to sign in (ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection).
- Go to “Update” to enter the Update Center.
- Tap “Renewal” on the update page to activate your Subscription Renewal Card.
Note: The “Renewal” button appears only after your subscription has expired. - Enter the 24-digit password from your Subscription Renewal Card and tap “Confirm” to complete activation.
You can view your order by going to “Profile” → “My Order”.
