System Requirements:
A 1.5 GHZ dual core processor with 1 Gb of RAM and Windows 7 or newer (Windows 7 through 10, but not RT) with an available USB 2.0 (or higher) port. Use a machine robust enough to properly support the operating system. Windows running inside a Virtual Machine (for example on a Mac) is not supported.

How to update the firmware of Hex V2
Before you update the Firmware of HEX V2, you need plug the HEX V2 interface to USB 3.0 port of your computer, then install the latest version VCDS software and VIIPlusLoader , run it as a administrator, turn off the antivirus softwares , such as AVG, McAfee, etc., Disable Windows Defender.
After update the firmware, you will be able to use the interface directly with English version VCDS.the other languages need to use by vcdsloader.

Nov 24, 2021 - Hi, if I use the new 21.9 German VCDS. It says that the inferace needs an update. Even though 21.3 works. I use VCDS Hex-V2 VIIPlusLoader-08.021.05.

- hi, you need to use VIIPlusLoader 08.021.10(BETA) FULL Installer, this is the latest version, which supports the vcds21.9. VIIPlusLoader-08.021.05. donot support 21.9.

Dec 12, 2021 - Excellent stuff. Now that VIIPlusLoader 08.021.13 has been released, I got VCDS 21.9 fully working again. I use the English version, so VIIPlusLoader is needed for firmware update only. Older VIIPlusLoader version caused problems in my case.

but bad Service, one USB Cable is broken (unused), they say i have to ship the broken USB Cable to CHINA! to get a new one...
its a fvcking 5 Eur USB Cable, Shipping-Costs are Expensive from Germany, not fair.
so Good Cables, but BAD Service....too bad.
