Installation Guide for EURO 6 AdBlue Emulator – MAN Trucks
The MAN Euro 6 emulator does not require programming or learning. To install:
Mount the emulator under the metal cover of the AdBlue pump, located on the right side behind the cab.
Disconnect the plug from the AdBlue pump and connect it to the emulator.
Fuses to Remove During Installation
F894 – Multisensor in AdBlue tank
F738 – +30 signal of AdBlue pump
F1084 – NOx sensor upstream
Fuse F737 is now dedicated to the emulator. Fuse F1109 powers the downstream NOx sensor and the A1191 muffler temperature sensor. This sensor must remain operational for proper DPF regeneration.
Disabling Power to the Downstream NOx Sensor
You have two options:
Cut pin 1 in the NOx sensor plug, or
Remove pin 10 in the X3212 plug (recommended). This TE plug (16-pin with yellow key) is located on the rear of the engine on the right side.
